Can the official receiver lay claim to any part of my various pension pots? I'm not due to retire for 10 yrs plus.

Hi

the matter of pensions in bankruptcy is a very complex issue. To give accurate advice there may well be details required from you that you yourself are not readily aware of.

I would therefore suggest you contact The Pensions Advisory Service on this issue, particularly as your post suggests you have a number of "pots."

I would have preferred to cut and paste the OR's guidelines regarding pensions but it would have read like War & Peace!!!

Please find the TPAS contact details below which is a free service.
