This is probably a daft question, When you get the papers forms in Section 13 you have large areas to write any other details, The online version doesn't appear to have this. Do you get blank pages to fill in by hand when you submit? Or where do you write additional info

All i did was photocopy the page once i printed it and wrote it in once by hand then photocopied that to hand in.

Sorry, I didn't have any additional info when I completed my forms so I can't help you. Hopefully someone else will be able to help soon x
