Posted - 09 February 2009 : 23:35:39 I filed chapter 7 I built homes for a living I lost the house I built the lone I took out on the land was a equity line of credit against my house for 125000.00 the house I have is 600000.00 with the equity line of credit would I be able to get that taken away with help from a equity judge because the house im in is app. at 450000.00
