Posted - 12 February 2009 : 15:42:28 Ok, we were waiting on our tax rebates to get together the fees, which has been paid direct into the account (we were surprised as expected a cheque and having to wait for it to clear).
Obviously, we now need to think about what is in the accounts and what not. We have a weekend event booked, booked back in nov, with the payment being due next weekend (will not be going to court til beginning of march). I'll need to take the cash to pay for this, and also for the fees. If I draw this out now, and keep it at home, will there be trouble (some of the money I'll have to take is the overdraft). Also, what about taking out for household expenses/fuel?
thanks :) |

Posted - 16 February 2009 : 17:32:14 More thoughts on this... I rang the water company to find out how much we owe, and they said that the next bill is due at the end of the month, and not to pay anything and just let it get covered by the bankruptcy.
Did you pay your utilities bills right up to BR day? |

Posted - 12 February 2009 : 19:30:38 we're not adding to the overdraft as such, it is an existing arrangment, obviously when pay goes in, it brings us back in to the black. |

Posted - 12 February 2009 : 16:27:49 HI Sparkle Be careful about taking on extra debt ie overdraft if you know your going br. We had or interview yesterday and this seemed to be what he was looking for, i would say household expenses fuel should be ok though. |
