I have real financial difficulty, my creditors are sending threating letters to my parents home, i am in Australia working as a nurse, i have no support financially from the UK, i have two children and a single parent..help please !! i did have a solicitor who was going to help, but i cant afford it..

Hi and welcome to the forum.

You can sort your finances out from Australia. You could try for an IVA (depending upon how long you have been out of the country) or you could declare bankruptcy.

If you did this, you can do it remotelhy from Australia by granting Power of Attorney to a family member or a friend and asking them to represent you at court.
