Posted - 13 February 2009 : 21:46:10 Hi if my husband and I decide to go bankrupt, do we have to lis everything we owe? or will thw court just look at our credit file? also I just read that we will not be able to have a bank account? do they write to them too or will they need to be on our list (even if we dont owe them?) Posted - 13 February 2009 : 22:01:24 Bank account wise the Co-op cashminder is a great account, i had mine about 1 year prior to BR just before i went BR i called their BR dept and advised them who said they would not freeze my bank account and they didnt. They are very nice people too.
