Posted - 15 February 2009 : 09:05:16 On doing a bit of research on the bi i have found reference to caselaw anor 2008 nov here the or decided to sell the bi to a creditor and not the bankrupt despite the property being in neg equity.There has been some comments made that in the future or'w will follow this precedent, have the experts on here any comments to make on this.

it is difficult to comment on the exact case without knowing all the facts other that I understand that the option of purchase of the BI goes to the bankruptcy direction first ( friends / family etc)
