Going to court next week I book for 10am, do I just turn up 15 min before this time. I know I need to take around £550 in cash to pay for my BR. Do I need to turn up early to pay before my 10am booking. What happerns when going to courts I not sure.

as long as you are there 15 minutes before hand to compose yourself you have given yourself plenty of time, don't be too early, you will not see anyone before the due time and only spend the time worrying!

We arrived at court 30 min before. (waited around for a bit though)paid fees at a 'post office window' and swore on the bible a declaration. sent upstairs to wait to see the judge (didnt see him/her) judge had signed papers, sent them back downstairs. waited in a private room for OR to call, he asked if we had any immediate questions then booked appointment for the longer chat. job done!
