Posted - 17 February 2009 : 16:48:26 as long as you are there 15 minutes before hand to compose yourself you have given yourself plenty of time, don't be too early, you will not see anyone before the due time and only spend the time worrying!

Posted - 17 February 2009 : 16:32:58 We arrived at court 30 min before. (waited around for a bit though)paid fees at a 'post office window' and swore on the bible a declaration. sent upstairs to wait to see the judge (didnt see him/her) judge had signed papers, sent them back downstairs. waited in a private room for OR to call, he asked if we had any immediate questions then booked appointment for the longer chat. job done!
