Is this normal or can i cut out the middle man of sorts and arrange direct with the court? Please advise....many thanks |

Posted - 18 February 2009 : 17:10:05 Am I write that the form is for me to put down income and expendature each month....i know some times you may have to pay X amount each month for upto 3 years, which with my income i wouldnt be suprised I would have to do due to being commision based. So i will have some good months and some bad month for pay, will this affect anything? |

Posted - 18 February 2009 : 16:25:42 As my collegues here on the forum have stated the fee is £495 and the process is designed for people to 'file their own petition' you really do not need other help in actually going bankrupt. If you need any advice on proceedures, forms etc feel free to ask away thats what we are here for

Posted - 18 February 2009 : 16:08:51 You can fill your own forms in Steve, the link is here
https://www.insolvencydirect.gov.uk/isolv/
You can also call the court yourself and arrange the date, then you just turn up with your completed forms and the fee.
