Arrrrgh, have been to the CAB today, and got useless advice.

Gonna start doing up our I&E (court dte is 03/03/09). I earn about a quater of the household income, hubby earns three quarters (no benefits). How do we work out our I&E's each?

If you are both going bankrupt at the same time you can complete the income & expenditure for the whole income and expenditure of the household writing see also forms for....(husband name and vice versa) or if you really like figures put 25% of household expenditure on your form and 75% on your husbands form but again ensure there is a note explaining what you have done linking your papers with your husbands papers (I prefer the first option duplicated on both forms)

Hope this helps
