Posted - 21 February 2009 : 13:22:48 I feel SO much better! I attended court last thursday and I had my OR interview this wednesday, so far everything has been fine and she has only called with a couple of queries that Melanie and Paul from Reviva have both put my mind at ease about :o)
I just have a couple of questions now...
I am still bringing in less than my outgoings (living with my boyfriend and he is having to cover the majority of household bills) so I haven''t been given a payment order.
My wages may fluctuate very slightly as I may need to claim mileage, but any extra I earn will most certainly still be vital living expenses or petrol money so having it taken away almost couldn''t be an option.
Can you tell me, are saleries monitored juring bankruptcy?
Having been told I may be covering extra miles in the summer I am almost scared to claim the petrol back and I already pay around £250 a month in petrol...

Posted - 21 February 2009 : 13:28:35 Hi Robin55
you will need to provide evidence of income when you hand your papers to the OR (or you probably already have) after that they do not monitor your income, but you are requested to inform them of any changes during the bankruptcy - changes relate to any permanent increase or decrease, so you petrol allowances etc are completely OK you will not have to disclose them
So glad you are feeling so much more positive
