Hi i just want to say that this is the first forum i have ever used and i am finding it very friendly and providing great advice so thanks, also i dont mean to be posting things more than once but i dont really know how to do this properly yet so sorry,

What i really need to know is, is there any minimum amount of debt or time of being in debt before being able to apply to go bankrupt, also are my families goods at risk ( sofa's, tv, kids dvd's,white goods etc ) from being taken from us.
Gareth.

Hi

your resignation at this time may on the face of things seem odd but I'm sure you had your reasons.
The fact is that nobody can force you to work, in any case, whilst difficult though the job market is, hopefully you will find a suitable alternative soon.
