Posted - 22 February 2009 : 00:27:57 hi firstly i just want to quickly say that this is the first forum i have ever used so sorry if i'm getting anything wrong, but anyway what i'd like to know is that when i decide to go bankrupt is there any reasons that may result in the O,R refusing to let me do it, Many thanks.

it is your civil right to declare yourself bankrupt as long as you are insolvent.
That is your debts outweigh the value of any and all of your assets.
You must also have taken advice and be aware of the repercussions of bankruptcy.
