Posted - 25 February 2009 : 08:53:10 I had Sky TV and Virgin broadband/phone package. The OR advised me that they do contact both providers and advise them you are BR it's then up to them if you can keep your account. On the I&E broadband and TV was not allowed to be listed but my OR was happy with the phone/BBand package but it could only be listed as telephone. TV is from my surplus.
I spoke to both providers who were happy to keep my contracts running as I had always paid on time and was continuing to pay by Direct Debit, Sky said to me that as long as I keep paying they don't really care really but if I default on a payment they would cancel my account.

Posted - 24 February 2009 : 08:57:10 Hi there, you will agree an acceptable allowance for you phone etc - if you are sensible and switch to one of the new pscks available from the likes of Sky or BT Vision you can have calls, broadband and TV for around £26 which is well with in the 'allowance' guidelines
