Posted - 25 February 2009 : 19:21:36 You will be given an income & expenditure form to complete with the pbankruptcy pack, mulitply your weekly pay by 52 and divide by 12 (1,126.67 per month) work out all your outgoings over a monthly figure in the same way. If the disposible income (figure left after expenditure deducted from income) is less than £100 you will not be liable for an IPO - they will go through the figures with you if you are unsure, but try to get down as much as you can Hope this helps
