Posted - 26 February 2009 : 14:31:48 Hi, I have a health condition which is going to make it extremely difficult to go through the process of bankruptcy on my own, so I could certainly use some help. My main worry is that I would find it difficult to raise both £495 for bankruptcy and £350 for your fees all at once as I am on incapacity benefit. I was wondering if you had some kind of flexible payment/installment scheme for your fees so I could "Get the ball rolling"?

Posted - 26 February 2009 : 14:34:32 Hi Tony and welcome to the forum,forgive me for asking but are you in receipt of any kind of benefit, if so you can get help towards your fees, when you apply for the bankruptcy pask from your local court they will provide a list of all qualifying beneifts, also if you make an appointment with the Money Advisor with your local Citizens Advice Bureau they can complete the forms with you for no charge whatsoever.
