How would a substantial award of legal costs against an individual be treated in any bankruptcy process.
Would such order be treated as a civil debt and would this be discharged with the bankruptcy or does the pursuer have any additional rights to make claim outwith the bankruptcy process.
How long could such pursuer delay claiming such such debt after receiving the certificate and what limitation of time does he have to enforce such order?
