Posted - 01 March 2009 : 10:25:48 I read on another post that each personal in a joint debt is liable for the ful amount. So on the SOA, am I putting 5,520 from barclays on each of our forms, even though we owe 5,520 in total between us (joint names on the debt)

spot on sparkle, the examiner will need to know each of your liabilities and you are both liable for the full amount on a joint debt. They will establish it is a joint acct and that both account holders have declared bankruptcy on the same account number and thus deduce it is one and the same debt.
