My boyfriend has been given a writ saying that bayliffs will come to our property to remove goods. issued from marston group high court enforcement officers. a second letter has arrived 1 day later saying we cannot sell our house until matter is resloved.
If he declares bankrupt - will this debt be included in the bankruptcy?

Hi

these debts are not covered by bankruptcy so should not be included in the list of creditors.

That said you should enter the fines in section 1.16 so that the OR will be aware that the fines do exist and therefore you need to be given an allowance against expenditure for the payment of the fines.
