Posted - 03 March 2009 : 15:18:51 One of my debts incurred was buying a car for my daughter on my credit card. She started to pay this off but her hours were cut and her husband lost his job. the car is in her name. will i be made to sell the car?

Posted - 03 March 2009 : 15:58:15 When was the car bought - i highly doubt the OR would look into this - when you complete the form when it asks for what the debt was incurred for state day to day expenses there is no need to state purchase vehicle for daughter, unless of course this took place in the last couple of months then you would have to disclose it
