Posted - 06 March 2009 : 13:39:57 I can't find my bankruptcy number either. The only number I have is a handwritten number on the top of the petition documents. It doesn't mention "of 2009" though. All sounds a bit strange to me. As I didn't go through the judge, it was only stamped by the clerk who looked through my forms and stamped it with the court stamp.
Any advice anyone?
