Posted - 05 March 2009 : 12:02:25 i was declared personally bankrupt in 07/08. I resigned as director of a ltd company but my house was used as security on a business loan previously. now i am bankrupt does the bank still have a charge on my property

It is very likely the bank still has a charge on your property as this would not have been cancelled by your bankruptcy.
