Posted - 10 March 2009 : 20:43:30 Hi Just spoke to the OR's office this morning and was helped by the person who would be phoning me in 2 weeks so I feel a little better because he sounds ok and told me not to worry.

Posted - 08 March 2009 : 15:04:12 I didn't have all my statements and the OR was fine about it. I presume they must have got them from the creditors as they never said anything else about it.

Posted - 08 March 2009 : 11:18:49 Hi
just write a short letter explaining that the statements you have sent in are all that you have at hand.
The OR can, if they so wish, order the missing statements from the various lenders.
