Hi all,

I am trying to fill out form 6.28 but i need help on this as this is all new to me and im completly lost.

This is what i have.

Three credit cards with money owing to them.
One Barclays bank account with money owing to them (overdraft).
One loan with beneficial finance.

All of the above have no insurance.

All payments will go into arrears in the next week or so as i have no money left to pay the monthly charges/interest charges as i have been made redundant.

Can someone direct me where do i fill the details in on form 6.28 for the: Credit cards - Bank account with overdraft - Loan with beneficial finance.

I am stuck on sections:

4 - List of secured creditors
4 - List of unsecured creditors
5 - (5.1 & 5.2)
5 - (5.4)

Also section 6 as i am unemployed and i tick the box unemployed do i have to fill in parts 6.3 too 6.9?

I live with my parents so what do i fill in on question 8.1 and 8.2

Also with regard to questions 10.1 and 10.2 what do i need to put as my situation right now is that i am unemployed and live with my parents and my ex-girlfriend with my three children live elsewhere.

Last thing before i forget, form 6.27, do i need to fill any of this in as i have never owned a business?

This is all too confusing to me, hope to hear from you's.

Thanks

Yep i done that, i just hope they don't think im lying and think of me as a person who thought, spend spend spend before bankruptcy as that is far from the truth.

jaykay,

in other information on the form you could write a brief paragraph about those expenses but no need to go into too much detail. try to be accurate as to the amount you spent setting up your son.

Something that has been on my mind, I have 3 children with my ex who used to live in london, about 2 months ago my eldest son's life was in danger by the gangs that are around his area and our local police told us that the only way your son will be safe would be to move out of london..

Because this frightened me so much i paid from my cards for them to get out of london asap which involved removals...new furniture etc for their new home in essex so they could be safe.

I have a feeling that this will affect my claim for bankruptcy as i feel the courts will think "If you knew you was going bankrupt why did you spend more"

It's worrying me like mad.

Many thanks Melanie, just one more thing, on section 4 (list of creditors it says:

Date incurred (dont really know what to say here as there is not really a date the ammount happened as it was through the years)

What was the debt for (dont know what to put here as it was for numerous things over the years)

Hi there and welcoome to the forum,
secured debts relate to mortgages and loans secured onyour property (if you do not own a property ignore this page) unsecured debts - credit cards overdraft catalogues etc all get listed on section4 (2nd page 'list of unsecured creditors'
5.1 & 5.2 do you have a debt card or credit cards yes or no self explanatory
5.4 list your bank account details
Obviously if you are unemployed you only tick the unemployed box at 6.1 and explain in the box when and where you last worked - leave the rest of the page as this relates to current employment
In 6.6 state your JSA payment received
the rest refers to present employment
8.1 & 8.2 put reside with parents and leave the rest blank
in 10.1 just state 'reside with parents - my girlfriend a 3 children reside elsewhere'
On 6.27 state your name address and any previous addresses (say last 3 years) ignore the business section

Hope this helps
