Posted - 10 March 2009 : 15:48:07 Large UK debts but I've lived abroad for more than 6 months. Just told that I cannot make myself bankrupt in the UK. If this is so is there anyway around the issue if I continue to live abroad?

Posted - 10 March 2009 : 16:00:20 The best advice i can give you is to click on 'experts' on the left hand side of this screen and contact Paul Johns who is the expert on dealing with such cases, let him know i told you to contact him, he is a really good guy and his advice excellent, you'll be in safe hands
