Two concerne: 1- I have a house mates where I live(two),I am a bit embarrass to tell them I am going bnkt, but I will. Would you be able to tell me, how it will effect them when they live in same address with me? specially mark`s one of the house mate, i know his girlfriend using our house as her bank address. you know how it is when you live in share house.
2- After I resigned as director of my company, how long will it be till i will be able to be director again? or never again?

Posted - 11 March 2009 : 13:04:32 there is no need to say anything to any of your house mates unless they have any joint credit agreements with you. they will not be affected as any credit references to your address will be in your name, not theirs. I would not bother saying anything to them. you don't have to. of course, they might notice brown envelopes saying 'insolvency service' in red on them and guess but probably like most people out there they might not even have heard of the insolvency service.
point is, it doesn't afect them and you are not obligated to tell them. do they tell you all about themselves? of course not. |
