Posted - 11 March 2009 : 10:33:29 and i just want to put everyones mind at rest. After 6 months of putting it off, I made an appointment and went down yesterday. I was taken into a little office with a lovely clerk who was really understanding. She went through all my forms to check they were right before I swore them to be correct. Then she took my fee, and passed the forms onto the judge. He didnt need to see me and stamped them, so it was all done! Then i just needed to speak to the OR on the phone, who took a few basic details and bank account details, and asked if i wanted to keep any of them open. He said he would write to them all for me and I will hear from him in 7-10 days for the interview. Cant believe how easy it was to do. Please, anyone who is needing to do this, dont worry at all! |

Posted - 11 March 2009 : 12:16:41 Hi there and really pleased that everything went straight forward for you (as it usually does!) we always try to stress that it will not be any where near as bad as you think, but no-one listens...
Hope you had a good nights sleep last night and here's to a debt free future, well done!
