Posted - 21 March 2009 : 12:30:14 im at court on tuesday and to be honest im worried sick, not so much for the bankruptcy but for the O.R. call, as most of my wages i give to my parents as i live with them, this covers rent etc, will ineed to prove this as i just give them cash in hand and after that im only left with about 30 pound for myself so do you think an ipa will be issued(i get paid weekly)? thanks, tim |

Posted - 24 March 2009 : 15:38:09 Just to give you an idea, my DI is £390 and I have been given an IPO of £260 per month. Works out at 66% of DI.

Posted - 24 March 2009 : 15:00:29 £30 a week is £120 per four weeks, so will most probably be subject to an IPA.
If you have no DI then you should be ok.
The glimmer gets brighter all the time

Posted - 24 March 2009 : 14:51:45 Hi John
Is this the same in all cases, after my expediture I am not left with any disposable income, the OR never mentioned anything today during the call. I thought you had to have at least £100 DI before they take a IPA

Posted - 21 March 2009 : 13:15:29 Hi
if you have claimed for all expenditure that the OR will allow and you still have £30 a week left over then you will get an IPA.
