A word of advice to people waiting for court hearings. Having just finished completing and printing my online forms, I feel the need to warn anyone who is thinking of doing them over a leisurely glass of wine the night before the hearing - get started on them at least a week before!! You can save them as you go so you don't need to do it all at once. They take a lot of time. Even the printing out is a marathon task! x

I agree. You need to stop and search for paperwork etc in between. I never even thought about my divorce which was over 4 years ago. So when I came to the question...which asks for the solicitor's details court number, date etc...I had to hunt high and low for the info! Also, we sold our house around the same time and I had to find info about that....

It doesn't seem such a headache if you give yourself plenty of time
