Had my meeting with the Official Receiver in February. Had the 14 days to produce various documentation. Took it 2 days late, but didn't think that would be too serious. Fast forward to Friday. I had a letter asking me to produce the documentation they had requested It wasn't even a few pieces, it was a carrier bag full of stuff! Thank heavens for the receipt I got from the reception.

Is this a regular thing? Or is just typical of nothing running smoothly for me?

Hi

just saw this post.

Not suprising really that in this area after the court one trots along to the OR's office to write one's name & telephone number of a yellow post it note!!!

Hi John, thanks :) I just found it ironic that it had to happen to me! From the moment I invested in the shop what could go wrong, did go wrong!

So now I have to get a valuation, and I just know, from everything else, that it's not going to go smoothly!

Hi Suzanne

if the various government departments and banks can lose the confidential information they have to hand of tens of thousands of us then I guess this kind of thing should not be a surprise. But then for all we know this may be the first time it has ever happened at your particular OR's office, we all make mistakes and every system has it's flaws, the biggest contributor no doubt being human error.

One thing I am certain of though Suzanne, it's not you and this will all work out in the end.
