Posted - 23 March 2009 : 10:51:01 Hi, i am filing for bankruptcy as soon as i can. my husband will as well as soon as he can afford to. my question is council tax arrears and gas and electricity arrears on our old repossesed property are still outstanding. these bills are in my husband's name though. can i include these in my petition because i am going first. any advice much appreciated. |

Posted - 23 March 2009 : 12:47:45 Thanks for the quick reply Skippy. It looks like hubby will have to go BR quick too then. I hope to go the beginning of next month, hubby possibly the following month. I've applied to one of the trusts for financial help. Don't know how long this can take though for them to get back to me.
