Posted - 23 March 2009 : 12:35:25 I should be very grateful if any kind person could help me answer the following questions on the SOA:
Q 3.9 - Do you have the use of a motor vehicle that you do not own? My wife has me insured on her car which she bought and is registered in her name - I rarely drive her car but suppose do have the use of it if required. Do I answer yes or no to this question?
Q 5.1 and 5.2 - Do you have any cheque cards, cash dispenser cards, credit or charge cards, debit cards etc? All bar one of these are included in section 4 where I have listed all the details in unsecured creditors (there are 9 such cards). Do I have to repeat this information again in 5.1? Also, if I do, where do I list all 9 of them as I onlyhave enough space for 6 entries at 5.2. I dont see the point of repitition but want to complete the forms correctly.
Q 8.2 - Give details of any properties you rent etc. I live with my parents and pay them rent - do I need to list my parents details here? It is an informal arrangement so I dont really consider myself a tenant or my parents landlords.
Also, I have a couple of Tuxedo prepaid credit cards which I have used in the past but no longer currently use - do I need to list these on the SOA or not?

1. Yes - as you do have use of a vehicle you do not own 2. relates to your bank account only (not other creditors) ie do youhave a bank debtit card or credit card linked to bank account 3.No you can just state rside with parents - you do not give your parents details 4. No as these are pre paid cards and not creditors/debt
