Posted - 23 March 2009 : 14:47:12 Hi me again two more questions, now that I have gone bankrupt what is my best option with my vacant mortgaged property would it be better to voluntary hand the keys back, or let the mortgage company reposes the property . Also can you explain please what this letter I received means (no disposition of the registered estate is to be registered until the trustee in the bankruptcy of the property of the bankrupt is registered as proprietor of the registered estate ) many thanks in advance

Posted - 23 March 2009 : 16:06:49 Hi Melanie with ref to the letter I received , my apologies for being a bit vague .It’s a B11 Notice of registration of a bankruptcy restriction under section 86(4) of the land registration act 2002 hope this helps thank you
