Posted - 23 March 2009 : 21:16:56 is my bank account likely to be frozen tomorrow as tomorrow is my court date? if so is there a chance the O.R. could inform the bank as i need money out on thursday when i get paid to pay my rent etc

from your previous posts I believe your account is a new one with Co-op. Call them first thing and advise them you will be made bankrupt and all should be well(if you have not done so already). When the OR is first in touch advise him of the previously unmentioned account, how much is in there, and what the funds are for and you should be fine.
Good luck with everything tomorrow, although I'm sure you won't need it.
