Posted - 24 March 2009 : 09:47:06 I have been told I need to fill out SOA, 6.28 and 6.27. From experience can anyone advise if it is easier to do these online, or just print and do? Also if I need to take 2 copies, can you just fill out one and photocopy or do both copies need to be done by hand? I called the court yday and they only have a 10 day wait so advised I get stuck into the forms before arranging the date |

Posted - 24 March 2009 : 22:30:43 Hi Rosie
Yes, when you print off, the petition is 6.27 and prints off automatically with information on it from when you completed the SOA. Quite clever really. I did not touch mine just printed off 3 copies and the clerk at the court crossed out whatever was not relevant on the petition and got me to sign. Honestly, a piece of cake, really. |

Posted - 24 March 2009 : 22:03:56 Bless ya, so the form will have been filled in by default? Combined you mean? I have printed off the whole thing and it seems pretty comprehensive. Rosie

Posted - 24 March 2009 : 21:57:26 Hi Frosie90, you are not alone. I couldn't find 6.27 The Petition anywhere on the Insolvency website and then when I printed off the SOA there it was. It automatically does it for you. So that means you should have it right there in front of you. |

Posted - 24 March 2009 : 21:44:11 Hi, I getting worried now cos the only form I filled in was one??? Every time I logged on it only gave me the one which I printed off. That was the statement of affairs. Is the petition part of this one?

Posted - 24 March 2009 : 10:18:25 HI there the 6.27 is your 'petition and 6.28 the statement of affairs - these are the only forms you need, but you need to take 3 copies (2 photocopies) with you to the court remember though not to sign the forms until you are in the presence of the court clerk as they need to be 'sworn'
Hope this helps
