Posted - 24 March 2009 : 13:09:11 Good Morning In filling in online form i have listed creditcard debts under creditors should these debts be under bank account and credit cards all the debts have be sold or will it be ok to leave where i have put the debts

Posted - 24 March 2009 : 14:36:13 Your cedit cards shoule be listed under unsecured debts (sction 4) the section 'Bank accounts & Credit cards' refers to debts held with your bank ie bank account bank issued debit card/credit card/cash card etc.
If you have listed your cards in section 4 unsecured debts you have done the for correctly
