Hi

Are you paying the full BR fee or are you hoping for the £150 reduction?

If so, you need to take evidence of any benefits and your last 3 payslips....and also your last 3 bank statements...

Hi lynne

technically it belongs to the OR but the reality is I do not think the sum is significant enough to worry about.

Thank you John for your reply. Could I please ask you another question. I have just realised that I have a paypal account from previously selling on an auction site. I cant transfer this money to a bank account now as it is too late as I go to court tomorrow. There is £80 I think left in this paypal account would I be allowed to spend it on auction site. Will I get into trouble as it is not mentioned in my statement of affairs. Thankyou

Hi

no not at all.
The court (judge) will not need these documents.
The OR will let you know if and when he needs them.
