well got my final wage slip for this tax year and NO NT code.

so i have wrote to moonbever advising them to contact OR about this to see if any instruction had been sent to the Inland rev as i have never had received a letter from them sayaing my code was changing. As John advised.

Should this be the end of the matter of the NT code for me. Or will i have to do anything else. Just want one thing less to worry about.

any advise
Thanks

Thank you so much john

thats one less thing to worry about. Just the BRO/BRU to get over now. I am keeping my fingers crossed the examiner cant get enough eveidence. like he said the credit card company might not send him all the info he wants and it depends on how much he can be bothered to hassel them.

Thanks for always being there to answer my questions and worries

Hi

between the OR the inland revenue and your employer there appears to have been a procedural error.

Throughout the term since your bankruptcy you have not received an NT tax code. Therefore you have been paying your tax as normal.

For you and your employer the matter is at an end.
Whether it is the fault of the OR or the inland revenue it is now for them to sort out.
The revenue have had your money, who gets it now is for them to sort out.
