Hi all,

It has now been nearly 6 months since we wen BR and life has definetly changed for the better.

I have a quick question. We recieved an IPA for 3 years on top of our BR and I want to know, do I need to let the OR know of any monies recieved or income increases/decreases after the 1 year BR term or does this rule apply for the whole 3 year term of the IPA?

I hope this makes some kind of sense and I would like to say again a BIG thank you to everyone who helped me in the past, without them we would probably still be struggling with huge debt around our necks!!!

Thanks Skippy,

That answers that one.

You need to keep the OR informed of any changes in your circumstances for the duration of the IPA.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Thanks Melanie,

Does this stay in effect for the duration of the bankruptcy (1 year) or for the life of the IPO (3 years)?

thanks

HI there
you should update the OR (or Moon Beaver who administer the IPO'sof any changes whether an increase or decrease in income or expenditure as the IPO is to reflect your actual disposible income, If you are going to notify them of any changes to your income ask for a new Inc & Exp form to be sent to you as many things may have changed such as Council Tax etc

Hope this helps
