Posted - 27 March 2009 : 11:51:02 yes, hubbys notice last Monday is about paying a dividend to creditors but this is the first notice that has been in, and mine has not been in at all, I have bought the paper every time it comes out so cannot have missed it, so maybe the original notices have never been in |

Posted - 26 March 2009 : 19:12:41 as far as i was aware mine never appeared at all, i went BR on a thursday and the local rag came out on friday and tuesday but never appeared, only corporate bankruptcies appeared.
no need to worry though because if you do want to appear in print go to the London Gazette and type in your name, guaranteed to be in there. |

Posted - 26 March 2009 : 13:02:18 I think it varies on the OR. I went bankrupt in August but it didn't appear until October.
