Posted - 27 March 2009 : 13:23:58 Hi, I just rang the court to try to make an appointment to go BR only to be told that the first available slot is in over six weeks time on 8th May. I owe money to several banks and credit card firms amounting to over £100,000 plus I have not paid the Hp on my car for two months. I am already getting phone calls and texts every day and think adebt recovery agency (aegis?) is now after me also. What should I do please? should I tell them I have a BR appt booked or should I just ignore the calls and texts? If I do tell them, what will happen next? thanks for the advice , regards, steve.

Posted - 27 March 2009 : 14:46:23 Hi there I have replied to your duplicate thread - just tell them you have an apoointment booked at ....court on.... to file for bankruptyc. Always keep them informed and you will not have any difficulty, problems arisdse when you ignore letters and phone calls - always be upfront with your creditors
