Posted - 27 March 2009 : 21:43:21 I think the whole name in the local paper thing is archaic. I imagine it goes back to when people owed money to the local butcher, baker and candlestick maker rather than multi national companies. However, until they stop it we need to grin and bear it.....

I'm afraid it's the downside of going BR, but it's a small price to pay for a fresh start.

Posted - 27 March 2009 : 15:13:10 I have had my details apart from name withheld from the newspapers and insolvency website because my safety was at risk if they were published. You would need evidence i.e. police reports etc.
