Posted - 29 March 2009 : 10:54:16 Hiya, I've got my court appointment tomorrow and I just want to check about signing the forms. Is it right that I don't sign either the petition or the Statement of Affairs - even the declaration at the end of the SOA??
Just want to make sure I have everything right for tomorrow. Thanks
