Posted - 30 March 2009 : 15:32:31 Hi, just thought I'd share my experience today.
Arrived at court, waited 10 mins and was taken into an interview room with the Clerk. He looked over my forms, I swore they were true, he signed them and took the money. He took me upstairs to see to see if the judge was available to sign my form, unfortunately just missed him as he'd gone on lunch. I was told I could come back 2 hours later or I could go home and just phone in, in case the judge had wanted to see me.
I went back 2 hours later, my form had been signed and I was given my order. Fabulous!!! I feel sooooooooooo relieved!! I was really worried the judge wouldn't sign my form for some reason or make me do IVA, but no, it was all fine. I was told the OR will call me in a couple of days to make an appointment to speak to me properly.
I'm just so relieved! |
