Posted - 30 March 2009 : 22:13:07 Hi, i recently filed an declared bankruptcy in jan of this year but have just found out that i have been given the wrong tax code for the past few years, i wont be getting a large amount back an i havnt started to pay the official reciever any momey as of yet as i have had a drop in hours since declaring an this she is aware of. Will my rebate of roughly £300 be mine?

you are required to inform the OR of the rebate who, I'm afraid, will then claim it.
