Just back from the courts, and officially bankrupt.
Wasn't that scary, and didn't need to see judge, or speak to OR today. Though would have been nice to get that hurdle over with.
I know we still have a way to go, but at laest now at the beginning of the end.............and feel the right decision made.
Phoned co op,explained situation, and opened account over phone within about 15 mins.
Want to thank every one on here for their support and advice, it really has been a lifeline.

Well done Jayne I went BR yesterday in London and I honestly feel great today, I am a bit gutted as not one phonecall from creditors yet and I AM DYING TO TELL THEM

congratulations...it really is onwards and upwards from hereon. Not necessarily a perfectly smooth ride along the way but a huge change in direction.
