Am i right in thinking that if i am in receipt of
War pension Incapacity
And a Post Office Pension
Though all are included in determine my total income its only my Post Office Pension that is gauranteed so any IPO/IPA will can only but be eqaul or less of my PO pension

I think you'll find that all of the income sources you have listed are included as income for the purposes of calculating the potential for an IPA.
