Posted - 02 April 2009 : 12:18:10 Hi there and welcome donna123 to the forum. To give you full advice i would need a lot more info - incomes whetheror not there is any property etc. Please feel free to respond with regard to property/equity here on the forum or if you want to discuss things in more depth contact me or another of the experts via the ecperts button on the left hand side of the screen.
If you have no property or indeed have property with no equity it may be that your partner filing for bankruptc would be the best solution, give me a bit more info and i will help in any way i can, as will the other experts on the forum together with other people going through similar situations - the good thing is you are not alone and together we will all help you
