Just to say the OR has agreed with no problem with my request for someone to come with me for my interview and also that with regard to Ltd Co info I do not need to present any info relating to that company the company has traded successfully anyway so I was wondering why I might have to provide info and it is of course a completely separate legal entity. The OR said only self employment dtls would be needed if I had done any self employed work which I have not. I am wondering though about having to go in to the office but suspect its due to being petitioned not petitioning myself. Think the OR is a straight forward lady and the interview will be straight forward as all interviews should be.

Posted - 07 April 2009 : 10:57:42 So glad that your request was met, not that i had any doubt, the OR staff are human (ish) and will try to accommodate requests - they have a job to do to establish your 'cause of failure' but I have to admit that by and large they will try to do this with the minimum of distress to the individual as it is their best interests to have you as calm as possible to enable the meeting whenther face to face or ovewr the telephone gets carried out effectively with both the OR being satisfied with the details and importantly that the individual has their queries and concerns dealt with, which often is difficult to do if someone is under aprticulaly dabe level of stress and anxiety.
