Posted - 07 April 2009 : 23:54:42 Hi, We went BR seperately last year on Oct 6th. About 4 - 6 weeks ago we received a letter asking for an upto date I&E - the RTLU claimed they were pushing for early discharge.
We have not heard anything since and was wondering how long this can take?

Posted - 08 April 2009 : 10:28:22 There is no set time for an early discharge from Bankruptcy - it's a bonus. It could happen at any time between now and your anniversary date. It sounds as if they are checking everything to make sure that you are eligible for an early discharge. You will just have to hang on in there! You will be informed by the OR if an early discharge has been granted by the courts.
